What Yaofeng showed was the parts explosion picture of the clock-spring! :)
Your clock spring will look exactly like that if you don't do the following modification to Quasi's great write-up.
When you slack off the steering wheel nut, don't remove it completely from the shaft. Then work the wheel off of the splines. My wheel had not been removed for 15 years or so and was mated very tightly. When it released, it released all the way and my clock spring looked exactly like Yaofeng's example. OHM out the spring before you replace it! It is easy to replace, altho expensive. I take it that either the turn-signal doesn't cancel or your SRS light is on.
When they reset your SRS, have them tell you the codes that are stored.
