High-Low Headlight / Cruise Intermitent Problem

I’m trying to solve my very INTERMITENT headlight/cruise problem on my 97 Aero. Trying to pinpoint if it’s the relay(s) behind the dash, or the switch, or something else.
Symptoms: At first noticed lights would not switch between low and high beam unless I pulled the lever 10-20 times, sometimes during these errors cruise would work sometimes not, then it got gradually more frequent. Until, now when I can’t safely drive at night because sometimes if I switch from high OR low to the other setting, the lights will go off and not come back on.
Since the cruise on/off button seems to be partially influenced by these failures (sometimes it works when the lights don’t work, sometimes it does not), is there a relay that controls both, or would this point directly to the switch? I have played with all the connections that plug into the switch, taken them off, and they seem to be fine. Just don’t want to reflow the solder in the relay (is there more than one?) - if this points to the switch.
Thanks,
Mark
