There are four drains - two at the front left and right, and two at the rear of the sunroof pan.

Start at the bottom. Look behind the rear wheels - you'll see two tubes coming out of the chassis on each side of the car. Typically there is a black rubber cap on the end with slits cut in it. Unless the caps have fallen off. Those are the sunroof drains. Dirt and leaf bits flow down and clog those rubber caps. Pull them off - if they're clogged with dirt and gunk and water comes out, you've found your problem. If you're going to clear out the drains with compressed air, do it with the caps off.

Don't use a lot of pressure - you can blow the hose off the drain pan, and when it drains, it'll go straight into the headliner. Not fun.

The front drain holes are easy to find with the sunroof open. The rears are hard to access. Usually pulling the caps off and cleaning them does the trick, and you don't need to blow air in. DON'T blow air in from the bottom - it'll blow dirt and water up into the pan.

The 'aquarium' is the area behind the engine and in front of the firewall, where the heater core is. There is a drain there for the A/C system that comes out through the false firewall, behind the engine. You'll see a flap tucked down there. You can open that up by reaching down (COLD ENGINE!!)
