Rebuilding rear caliper

93 9000T w/ 178K. Need to repair/rebuild rear calipers. Prefer the rebuild option and have experience rebuilding the fronts. However, I'm trying to figure the procedure for ejecting the piston (using hydraulic pressure) in conjunction with the e-brake adjustment screw, i.e., do I just back it off to remove the caliper and then tighten clockwise until it stops and pump the brake? Is there a specific procedure for reassembly? Any help appreciated.
Thanks.
