Hi from Downunder,
I have just done the same thing. You will have to swap the whole wiring loom from one car to the other. This includes removeing the das right to the firewall, all the seats and carpet and possibly even swapping the fuel tanks as well.
It may appear to be a large job but if you have the time and patience is is well worth it.
It is better to have both cars sitting beside each other to run backwards and forwards while the swap is done.
You do not have to change the roof looms.
Just watch that the pins and plugs in the loom connectors dont back of especially in the instrument cluster area.
