So when you start the car without planning to do any calibration, the idle is somewhat ok around 800-1000?
But when you prepare to do the calibration and hit the ISAT command and then start the engine, the idle is labored and at around 400rpm?
That is kind of a proof that at least the ISAT command took, because if the idle would still have been around 800 or so, the ISAT command wouldn't have taken and you would have to start all over again with reading/erasing codes in all computers and do the calibration command again.
So if it is an automatic, it might be something in the cruise SET switch.
If manual, you don't need to use the cruise switch at all. But I don't think a 92 came with manual and TCS at all.
