Well, I ran through all of the steps in ARi's no-start procedure. Everything checked out fine except the DI cassette spark check, so I tried another that I had and it doesn't spark either.
So I cleaned and regapped all of the plugs and put it all back together with the original DI. Tried it, sounded like it was trying to start, and I discovered I hadn't put the fuel pump fuse back, so I did that and it started. First time, it revved up and then immediately stalled; did the same a second and third time. Then it started and ran smoothly, so I let it idle for about 5 to 10 minutes while I cleaned up and put my tools away.
Took it for a spin around the block and it runs just fine. Shut it off and restarted it twice after a 15 to 20 second rest in between...
Bizzaro!!!! I'm really stumped now, but it DOES seem to be temperature related.
Also thinking it might be fuel filter related, perhaps...?
Any and all ideas and previous experience welcome!
