Count the number of turns it takes to remove the outer tie rod upon removal, and reinstall the same number of turns. Should give you roughly the same alignment in theory.
Then drive the car and see how it does. Technically speaking you should get an alignment after new tie rods, but if the car seems to drive well you can elect to bypass it. Just keep an eye on tire wear.
