I did the UOA just shy of 3000k miles and 6 months on the oil. Calcium 2787, Phosphorus 1020, Zinc 1309. Didn't do a TBN.

For my money, I think that deisel spec oils are the best for these motors. They have much higher levels of Z, Phos and Moly than most gas engine oils, especially the new SM oils that have lower zinc because of fears of pollution in cars that burn oil.

I started with the Delo, since I'm cheap and this stuff costs nothing, and like I said, it gave me great wear metals numbers, but the viscosity went down.

I'm sticking with the Rotella that has very little wear metals and the viscosity stays up, its a good balance between the best protection and low price, at less than $20/gallon.
