Saabs are clean. I smogged mine in CA a few weeks ago and it was way under the limits, even though it has 170k miles on it and idles kind of rough (can't figure that one out). The cat is a cheapie that wasn't supposed to last long but is 2 years old. The O2 sensor is 4 years old. If your replacement O2 sensor wasn't new, I'd get a new one.
However I'll also mention that recent experience has shown that vacuum leaks aren't always visible - I've found 3 between 2 cars in the last month. Check for cracked hoses and give a tug at the connections in case a nipple is cracked but not broken off completely.
