First, re-cal the ACC - there little value in waiting.
A bad cabin sensor usually shows up as getting cold as time goes on. That's probably not it.
Start with the easy stuff - was everything hooked back up properly? Pull off the horizontal cover at the base of the windshield and look at the linkage on the flap arm - it's a rod sticking out of the passenger side (LHD cars) of the heater box. There should be a wire on it going back into the firewall. It's possible the installer didn't hook it back up, or broke it. Watch the wire as you have someone switch between full cold and full hot - the wire should move in and out, causing the arm to turn. If it isn't moving, it's an ACC or ACC servo issue (or the wire fell off the servo). If the arm is moving, then it is possible that the installer bunged up the flaps in the heater box when re-installing it.
