2/3 of a tank of fresh gas, temps had been cold, but it was 20-25 when I got to the car which had been sitting for 6 days. It fired up (likely on residual gas in the rail as you note), then died. No restart, not even a sputter. No pump sound when turning the key to ON, even the next morning. The shop will hopefully get to it today. The tech thought my diagnosis was reasonable, but he'll dig deeper. But I'm suspecting the pump at 13 years and 156K miles, it's about due and it certainly doesn't owe me a whole lot. Be nice if it's the really or frozen gas, and if it is I'll buy a lottery ticket.
