Someone else posted here only the other day asking if fitting poly suspension bushes would cause more vibration in his automatic car and I have to say I thought it pretty unlikely, but as I understand it here you are with just that problem!
All my 9000s (three) have been automatics, and on all I've fitted Abbott Racing butterfly bushes. I also did poly anti-roll bar bushes - and the second two have Aero suspension and 16" Aero wheels. On none of them did I feel that the vibration from the transmission increased. However, the level of vibration at idle varied considerably between the three cars.
All I can think of is that the engine mountings are getting weary, or the Meyle bushes are very different from the Abbott ones - or that you've got a particularly unlucky set-up for some reason. Maybe it's time for a new set of stock engine mounts?
