Replace all seals, if head is off and clean.

If the head's off and clean, and you have the seals, DEFINITELY get them changed. The polymer they're made of, or rubber, or whatever, hardens with age and heat and they do pass more oil as they age.
I've put seals on valves. Not too hard. But with Saab's, buried deep down, it's going to be more of a challenge. Just popping the keepers and getting the valve out is a chore, and then doing the seal, keeping that bore un-scarred, isn't worth tackling. As Oldsaab said, looks easy if you've done it a few times...
Can you easily take it back to the shop that did the cleaning and testing? They'd probly do it cheap.
What I'd do if I WERE trying to get one off is take a pair of needle nose Vise Grips and lock lightly onto the seal, then while twisting, tug up at same time.
Don't grab too tight or you'll just squeeze it snugger onto the valve guide. It might crack apart - - they do get brittle.
