Went through this a couple of years ago. Because the factory stereo occupies two DIN slots, and the new player only one, I put the new unit in the top slot and found a saab din storage tray on the bay. (Just looked and couldn't find one right now, but I'm sure they still come up). It has the same slightly furry gray/black finish as the storage cubby below the ashtray. I drilled a hole in the side of the new tray, just big enough for the stereo end of the ipod cable to fit through. If you still have the matt-black sleeve that came with your ipod, leave that on while in the car and it makes the thing is just about invisible. (NB. assuming linked image works, knob on the left of the image is for an unrelated remote volume control for my alpine PLT-5 sub in the trunk). Hope this helps
