his post has some inconsistencies. the subject line says in drive an reverse, and NOT neutral or park. The body of the message says drive and park...
If it's just the engine engaged settings (drive and reverse) and it lessens when in neutral or park... I'd say he has the solid or poli upper motor mount, or worse both of them. I did one on my 92 9000CDT auto and it's the pits... you can't see the image in the drivers door mirror when in drive stopped at a light. put in neutral and it's almost ok. And this is only with the one on the dog bone done. It's on my up-gripe list of things to do, put the stock one back in.
If you have the solid one(s) in at the top of he engine consider changing them back!
