ACC toggles hot / cold Posted by Everett [Email] (#2220) [Profile/Gallery] (more from Everett) on Sun, 26 Apr 2009 10:39:58 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
Luckily during this mini heat wave I have the cold setting. Everything seems to be working at start-up but I get 1 fault after the car warms up. I have tried to perform the troubleshooting on Townsend's site, but I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong... no reading on pins 1-2. I suspected the cabin temp sensor at first causing a "limp home" temp mode, but the situation still exists after swapping the sensor with my '91. Anyone have any leads for me? I guess I'll have to test the mixing flap motor and sensor next. My '91 (ACC II?) does not have this extra sensor as far as I can tell. I know the ACC unit is different unit because I already wanted to swap them.
Thanks all,
Everett
