Kroil, Yeah ! Posted by vtsnaab [Email] ![]() ![]() ![]() In Reply to: Calling VTSNAAB. Which Kroil pruduct did you use for, 92saaber, Sun, 21 Jun 2009 08:16:47 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
There are many little Kroil secrets - and one is finding Kano Labs, which
Adam has already pointed out so nicely (Hi Adam !).
The tranny trick is most likely known only to a real Kroil freak like me
because the stuff is SOOOOO good that I keep a gallon of liquid Kroil on
hand at all times to be used via trigger sprayer (it IS amazing stuff).
My deal is that I added about 4oz of the straight liquid to the tranny.
It may have been a smidgin more, but I did not wish to thin the oil too
much in any event.
Try this if you are curious and want to see for yourself:
Visit Kano's site and get their intro deal on either Kroil or Silikroil.
(The site and their promos are a gas, right out of 1950-something.)
When you have to remove anything really, seriously bunged up with rust,
give it a good shot - wait overnight -> again -> some more hours -> a 3rd.
Then....get your wrench and be amazed.
(If you're not then I'll be amazed !!!)
((BTW, I am in NO way affiliated with them, but I did have a sort of
religious Kroil experience about 20 years ago which stays with me still.))
Back to Adam->
I would love to see the old guy looking better, thanks.
Do you have a photo gallery here yet ?
Best Wishes,
mark
