Is anyone 100% sure that NA SAABs use inferior (non-sodium) exhaust valves? I can't find any reference to it anywhere. I have a SAAB parts reference book that shows valve part numbers being the same since the B202 head. EPC only references 9165598 (stock on 94-98) being used in all 9000s as a replacement part.
My guess is that as the sodium filling process got cheaper they offered only one replacement part. I am not sure if that's valid, but it's all I got.
