Glad to help. I can't tell you the best base boost for your car - no experience of non-Trionic 9000s. With Trionic increasing base boost isn't the way to increase maximum boost as the computer says "no".
The dash gauges are not reliable as anything more than a guide, anyway they vary from car to car - my full turbo automatic stops at 0.8 bar boost, which is about 12 psi, and that's well into the red. Best buy a gauge, you can hook it up temporarily to one of the spigots on the back of the inlet manifold, run the tubing past the hood hinges and in through the door seals below the mirror where it doesn't get pinched too much - gaffer tape onto the dash top and you're in business.
