You're did the right thing to tackle the misfire first.
Here's a thread about P0125 that's worth a read. Excuse me if you've read it already:

Rough idle could be related to a vacuum leak. You probably should replace the hoses that are red in this picture:
http://www.saabnet.com/tsn/bb/9000/index.html?bID=279160
The hose running behind the oil filler tube goes to the hooter valve on the intake pipe.
While you're at it, make sure the PCV is oriented correctly (arrow pointing towards intake manifold) and that you can't blow/suck air through the PCV in both directions; air should only flow in the direction of the intake mainfold. The nipple on the valve cover fits into a rubber grommet that is probably showing its age at 103K miles. The grommet is a cheap part. Another vacuum hose that's sneaky is the one to the charcoal canister. You have to remove the right turn signal (not difficult to do) in order to see/feel inside the right side fender well where the vacuum hose connects at the top of the canister. You can test the diaphragm inside the hooter valve by sucking/blowing on it; if you can move air, then replace the valve. Don't replace the little hose going to the MAP sensor (mounted to the false firewall on the passenger side) unless it is damaged. If you do replace it, use the genuine Saab part.
If the rough idle persists after all that, then you may need to clean the IAC (idle air control). That has been written about somewhere on this board.
