Viggen wheels use the newer Saab 5-lug pattern and 9k's use the old style 4 lug (4x108) pattern. Speedparts used to sell hub adapters (4 to 5 lug conversion) for "offroad use only" but not anymore, probably due to safety issues. You could have them custom made by a hub shop, but think upwards in cost. I've already looked into this at great lengths, and in the end it just wasn't worth it to me (at least not for a daily driver).
But really, while a Viggened-out 9000 might look cool, I personally feel like the two shouldn't mix. After all, they were competitors for the fastest Saab built for a while. Plus, Viggen wheels are prone to bending and/or warping due to their slightly more malleable alloy and thinner spokes. A lot of Viggen owners have had problems with the stock alloys and have switched to stronger aftermarket wheels.
It's still a great looking wheel though, I'll give you that.
