Check your compressor clutch gap (and do a search on forum). Stop car and check if compressor is engaging, when AC stops working. If not, you can kind of tap the center of the clutch with a soft hammer. If it engages, you now know what the problem is.
If you losing air flow after 10 minutes, then your evaporator is freezing up, and that's a sensor.
