I found the cause to the problem. It was a bent hose. I did not think the flex hose bent almost at 90 degree angle would have anything effect to it. I saw this during the process of put everything back together. The reason it started the first time because the line was hanging loose on the floor, jus so that I can see any leakage and that way it would be easy for me to repair. So I went to bed.. thinking what could possibly went wrong. Untill this morning, I went under the car again and straighten the hose line and put it back in a proper place and making sure the plastic hose doesn't get bent again. I straighten the plastic hose by taping it with a straight metal piece and the car started fine. So it was a lesson learn. It was a bich connecting the hose together, but having patient is worth it now.
