Rebuilt caliper annoyances

Maybe this is just me, but twice in a row I've gotten a defective rebuilt caliper from a popular site sponsor, both the Centric brand. I know it's not the parts place's fault and they'll make good on it, but it's very frustrating to get halfway (or further!) into a job and not be able to complete it because the part I ordered is defective.
The first one was a rear caliper that was missing an adjusting screw. Of course I couldn't tell this until the job was all but done and I'm trying to adjust the e-brake. The replacement was fine.
The today I get my old sticking LF caliper off, the brake line disconnected, and go to put the new rebuilt one on. And notice that the bleed screw is bent over almost 90 degrees and about to break off. Sure, I could put it on the bench and get it out, but that's the kind of fun I buy a re-man part to avoid. So my car is inop until I get the replacement. Glad there are other cars in the yard.
Again I don't fault the parts place--to them it's just a box on the shelf. With 4 Saabs, I spend a bunch of money there and they will continue to get 95% of my parts biz. But this is frustrating. It's gotta be bad QC from the company they get the stuff from. Anyone had similar experiences, or can recommend a source for re-man calipers that seems to do a bit better? Rock Auto, maybe? Their re-man calipers are more, but maybe they're good to go the first time.
