Well, I just now got the new seal in, but I oiled it up because that's what other people said to do....aargghh! So, now I just hope it won't fail when the oil dries up. Its harder than hell getting the right answer on some of these procedures. The first time I screwed up because I was following Quasimoto's (who I have infinite respect for) clutch page, where it says "Use the flywheel as the tool to pull the seal in." That sounded easy to me, don't do it.
I was able to get it on by simply running my finger nail round and round between the inner seal lip and the crank shaft, then tapping it in with a small block of wood. There is a big difference in the Eeuro and OEM seal, the OEM seal steps down were the Eeuro does not.
