Need help appraisal! My 1998 9000 burned up!

My house burnt down with my car underneath. It was a total loss. On top of everything else, GEICO is hassling me about the
"Actual Cash Value
The fair market value of property; technically, replacement cost less depreciation."
If anyone can help me to determine the value of my destroyed car, it could really help me with this disaster.
My car was a 1998 Saab 9000 CSE, manual transmission, with 121,000 miles on it. It was a Southern car with no rust and was always garaged. I bought it exactly two years ago for $8000.00 and have put $3,000 into the car. It was in perfect condition and I have records to prove it.
GEICO says they will only give me $3900 for the loss of the car. They determine this by looking at dealer trade in prices in my local area.
The problem is that the 1998 Saab 9000 is quite rare in my area. They apparently found a couple but the trade in value was much lower than what my car is worth.
With the deductible, I only get $3200 for a car that was worth much more.
Could anybody provide me with opinions or actual sales experiences that could help me make a case to the insurance company that I should get more?
