For that width wheel, I think you are looking for an offset in the 20mm-25mm range. The 16" x 6.5" wheels have a 28mm offset, and the 15" x 6" wheels are 34mm. You would need a hub-centric spacer with longer wheel bolts to get a 40mm offset wheel to not rub the inside of the wheel well.
