Update... still cant get it to start

I went threw every item on Ari's list i think ( evan the ones I shouldnt't of needed to)
I get fuel pump running with key on, and when cranking, and when jumping arround the alarm system, and when by passing the relays etc...
I get test light to come at DI when powered on, and when cranking
I get .500 KOhms ( i think thats 500 Mega ohms between pin one and 2 of the CPS odd thing i get nothing between pins 2 and 3 but when i tested one in my spare engine ( also a 95 9000) i get nothing between pins 1 and 2 but I get .500 K ohms between pins 2 and 3
I get test light to light at key on and then when cranking at pin one of fuel injector
I ran the fuel pump for 30 secs into a bucket and got less than the .23 gallons i should get, but i got about half of that in 30 seconds.
I swapped ecu's to the one from the bones of my old 95 9000 aero and I got the main relay clicking constantly. not sure about that.
DI Removed and re checked in my 97 cse car ran fine.
swaped map sensors form my 97, didnt help.
Think i have to pull ecu and plugs and see if I am actually getting spark, not easy to ground all 4 plugs so i was trying to avoid this.
Pulled gas cap to check for pressure
removed intake at TB same results
get suction before turbo when cranking and pressure at exhaust while cranking
she fired up and caught a bit on fire when i fed it brake cleaner in the TB, my brother took his foot off gas while i was spraying.
Any have any other ideas?
