I believe that the radiator fan motor can be disassembled, but an easy way to check is to see if the motor has some screws on the back. If the end bell looks like it is crimped onto the motor body, then a successful repair is not very likely. I also don't think that lubricating the bearings is going to be anything but a temporary solution since the bearings are usually constructed with a seal around the race. Once the seal goes, the bearings begin to run dry, and wear faster, causing the noise.
You can probably get replacement bearings, since those things tend to be a standard (metric) size, but I think the other problem you will run into is that the brushes will be worn out. Finding replacements for those will be harder, but not impossible.
