As far as I know there are no automatic with TCS in 94 and 95, only stick shift. But that might be US spec cars since after what I understand, it was TCS equipped cars in 91 in Europe but it came to US with the 92 model.
But yes, the On/Off button was only fitted from factory on the 95 but could be installed on the 94 as an extra.
