It's not uncommon to find leaks at the right front corner of the engine. Don't panic, but on the other hand don't ignore it.
Work from the top down. At least some of the oil where the red arrow points is coming from above, either from the distributor plug or a weeping valve cover gasket or both. Start there.
The valve cover gasket isn't necessarily bad. Check the torque on the valve cover bolts. It should be 11 ft. lbs.
I don't recognize the distributor plug. It isn't the newest style plug, and it doesn't look exactly like the old style either. It looks more like the old style, and if so there is an o-ring that might leak. Remove the plug to get to the o-ring.
Clean up the corner of the head above the red arrow. I've had good results on a cold engine with a toothbrush and Fantastik Heavy Duty Antibacterial All Purpose Cleaner. The Fastastik cuts through oily dirt, doesn't hurt paint/plastic/rubber and stays wet long enough for you to wipe clean with a rag or paper towels. Also clean the area where the red arrow is pointing. Then keep an eye on that corner of the engine to see if any leaks return
Your '95 has the good old style head bolts, and they're probably still doing their job very well.
Don't worry about your head gasket unless you have warning signs:
1. Oil level drops
2. Coolant in the oil (looks like coffee with milk)
3. Oil in the coolant
4. White exhaust (coolant leaking into cylinder)
