Don Wollum,
I believe derf is correct is stating 66", but,
Measuring from the trunk lip plastic trim to the leather at the rear of the folded seatback; 64". I protect the floor with a piece of 3/4" plywood measuring 28"w by 64"L which is supported at the trunk lip with 30"w 4 x 4 and at the middle, (front of the trunk floor), with a 30"w 2 x 4.
The voice of experience suggesting one should consider fitting some type of barrier to prevent cargo from sliding into the front seatbacks under braking, etc. I HATE seatback material punctures!!!!
Incidentally, to fold the rear seats flat;
1. release the seat bottoms and lift vertically.
2. remove the headrests.
3. fully depress seatbacks.
4. swing retainer from outer corner of seat bottom 90 deg.
5. ensure seatback latches rise up against retainers.
6. insert headrests between door and seat side openings.
Happy Trails!
