Last night I went to get gas. I left the gas station and started driving down the road. The car did not feel right between shifts. At first I thought my clutch was going and it just wasn't engaging and disengaging right away. But then came to a stop, and the engine was bouncing from 1k-2.5k. Shut the car off. Back on. RPMs go up to 4k. I put it in first and let off the clutch to bring the RPMs down and drive to a parking lot. Shut the car off. Let it sit for a couple minutes. Pull out my phone and start checking here for anything. Started the car again. RPMs went up to 4k for about 10 seconds. Then dropped and just bounced from 1k-2.5k continuously. The A/C is turned off during this. Didn't seem like the throttle cable was sticking. I know to clean the AIC and throttle body plate. Check for vacuum leaks. Couldn't really find any posts that were just like my problem. This is of course, horrible timing, and it will be a few days before I can really look into the problem. Any ideas, thoughts, guesses? Thanks everyone.
Chris
