After I put my blower back in after a heater core job, my A/C stopped working. I got 2 faults reported during self-test. I got some help from someone with a Tech 2, and he got me AC when I set the temp down to LO. He says it won't work with a temp value because the cabin air temp sensor min-fan is not getting power. He tried several other ACC units that didn't work any better. He also said that the Tech 2 reported an issue with controlling the flaps. I can't remember the details, but I'm left wondering if it's at all possible that when I put the blower back together I could have gotten the flaps in the wrong position and still had the arm wind up in just the right place to reconnect the little wire loop from the actuator. I wouldn't have thought this possible, but it could explain the faults.
Needless to say I hate the thought of pulling the blower again. I've done it on both my 9000s in the last year, and while removing it was easier the second time, getting it back in was harder even with a second person helping.
