I completely agree with Chris9k. The engine appears to be getting too much air and the ECU is compensating by increasing fuel.
Remove the large air intake hose from the throttle body, then give a light tug on the brass fittings pressed into the bottom and front edges of the throttle body air horn. If either is loose, use silicone sealer to reattach, then carefully resecure the throttle body intake hose.

Verify the condition of your vacuum hoses by plugging one end and applying vacuum to the other.
