If the radiator was not replaced, it is possible that the transmission cooling lines that run through the radiator are leaking. This just occured on my wifes 9000. I caught it soon enough that flushing the cooling system and transmission (along with replacing the radiator of course) solved all problems.
Look for transmission fluid in the coolant reservoir. Oil is lighter than water and will work its way to the top of the upper radiator hose (ruining it from the inside out) and will be sitting on top of the coolant in the reservoir.
