The line/hose comes from the back of the camshaft cover and heads off under the throttle body, where there is a T-piece: one branch goes to the turbo bypass valve, and the other through the false firewall and the firewall itself.
The hoses within the engine compartment are prone to damage by heat, oil and general crud so are more likely to give out than the one behind the dash. The connection at the bypass valve is a "usual suspect".
But if the needle isn't moving even slightly, I agree the line is likely broken or detached somewhere rather than just leaking. There is a plastic spigot connection at the firewall and my bet is that your hose is detached here. Take off the aquarium cover to check. Consider cutting off a little from the end of the hose before re-fitting, and maybe adding a small cable tie.
Otherwise, if you remove the ACC panel you should be able to locate the line behind the dash: it's a black tube which comes out centrally and heads off to the gauge. A gentle pull should tell you whether it's come off the back of the gauge.
It's worth fixing this soon since the turbo bypass walve will not be operating correctly if the hose is leaking.
