When I got to the relays many weren't seated(they were working their way out). I'm sure many jarring bumps over 12 years has caused this. So while you are there unplug and replug the relays a few times to knock of the minor corrosion that seems to be on the spade connectors. It's not visible on the relay connectors at all. My theory of why my Flasher relay wasn't working is that the minor corrosion on the spade connector caused enough resistance to kill the power on the power lead to the switch which caused the failure it just happened when I pulled the switch in the dash. What a coincidence!
