It might sound like a good idea but I think if you actually did it, it wouldn't look very good. The typical headliner gives a nice soft look, like furniture. The fiberglass might look too utilitarian or something... I don't really know though. Of course new fiberglass would probably look a lot better than old sagging fabric headliner.
