I did the gears, shafts, output drives, shift forks, as those are what are under the most strain. Definitely don't do anything with rubber or plastic parts, or parts with different metals together, because they might not contract at the same rate. I used the place in the link below, because they were local to me. Just google around for a place close to you, talk to them and see if they sound like they know what they're talking about. I paid $200 in 2005, plus $50 each for the flywheel and pressure plate (doubt I'd bother with those again). This is the procedure they used: hold at -184degC +/-5 for 22 hours, allow to return to ambient temperature for 24 hours, temper at 177degC for 2 hours. They even gave me a temperature vs time graph.
