A final thought: Slave is bolted down firmly?

Not sure on 9000s but assume it's the same as on C900s: If the three slave-to-tranny bolts are not tightened all the way down, the slave cylinder will tend to push its back out and lose fluid out the rear. I'm sure you got this done right but it's worth suggesting, as a fourth potential leak point.
I've said this before on here, but I'm a fan of reverse bleeding. I once owned a couple Saab 99s. Both had terrible hydraulic clutch problems, OEM slave cylinders that would go bad when only months old, but this was the earlier setup, not concentric but bolted off to side and pushing a lever that actuated the throwout bearing.
Anyway, one of those cars had a CLEAR red plastic line from master down to slave, and I can still see what I witnessed, as I tried to bleed it yet another cold winter morning - - as I pumped, and the fluid traveled down the line towards the slave, bubbles were rising back UP the line, faster than the fluid I was pumping out. Gravity works against bleeding from above and WITH bleeding from below.
