1994 aero would be a very early T5 fuel system?
If so, leaks are not critical like if you have an air mass meter.
Maybe a better quantification of the hunting is in order.
things that come to mind:
- idle valve sticky?
- Idle will drop as A/C kicks in, causing a bit of hunt.
- Plug Gap
