stuff designed for repairing polyethylene tanks at most auto parts stores. Many of the tanks in cars for washer juice, coolant brake fluid are made of polyethylene and the tanks do crack.
I've used the quick-set version of 3M Marine Sealant 5200. Smear it on around the bolts (wearing latex or nitrile gloves). Make sure the tank is dry on the outside and cleaning the surface with alcohol helps with adhesion. But hope it's just a hose leak as those are easier to fix.
