To be really safe, replace the head bolts with new, so you know it is the first and safe stretch. Otherwise you could check them at 65 lb ft, if any turn you have evened them up. Break them loose going backwards a bit then to 65, do one at a time. For a little more clamping force, bring them up to 70 lb ft. They should turn firmly but very little, if any turn more than 10 or so degrees you are most likely stretching them. If they are all firm, you might try 75 lb ft. Be careful, the stretch torque is not that much above 65 lb ft.
If you are retorquing for preventive maintenance, that is ok if the bolts are not streched too much. If there is leakage, retorquing is not likely to be effective unless there are really loose bolts.
