Just a word of caution:
I found the reset idea by accident in my Aero, and it worked for a while.
It was an unpredictable thing though and wasn't consistent.
The -IF- referred to is this:
The memory seat controller is a very complicated circuit and from what I can tell also permanently part of the seat-bottom; by the time these things get iffy they can also (with NO warning) slip into what someone here wisely called 'frankenseat mode'.
I know it sounds humourous - but driving on the interstate whilst being randomly contorted by a seat gone insane is seriously NOT FUNNY if/when it happens to you.
In my car the temporary solution was to use the relay armatures manually to set the seat per my preferences, then just de-power it.
My permanent solution was to graft in the control circuit from a non-memory seat that was heading for the crusher.
No further possibility for the dangers of 'frankenseat'.
My 2 cents:
Automation can be very attractive as long as it works-> but when some turns bad it can range anywhere from merely inconvenient (i.e.: ACC) to outright dangerous (i.e.: this).
Best Wishes.
