I'm about to take my '95 CS out for the winter and, as a gift to myself and the 9k, I am going to replace the tired 200k mile shocks and springs. I'm going with Bilstein HDs and B&G springs. Combined with my SAS sways, this will make it a beast - I don't care about the stiffness.
While everything is apart, should I be replacing anything else? I will be doing the rear top and bottom shock bushings for sure. I probably should do ball joints because they are originals. Tie rod ends are new.
I'm preparing this car for another 200k, so I'm not going to be shy about spending money. Had some body work done last winter (was rear-ended) so the car looks like new, and everything else is in great shape. I will be changing the governor seals on the tranny as well.
Thanks!
