Has anyone around Boston done rear shock towers? Posted by turrbo [Email] (#8) [Profile/Gallery] (more from turrbo) on Sun, 20 Nov 2011 20:17:00 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
After my post a couple of days ago about a rehab of my 9000's suspension that I'm going to be doing, I decided to take a quick look at my rear shock towers for rust. They don't seem *too* bad, but when I press up from underneath the car, I can definitely feel some metal crunching and they don't feel too confidence-inspiring. I know that I will need to pull back the carpeting and check them out from the top, but, in the meantime, has anyone around the Boston, Merrimack Valley or Southern New Hampshire area had this repair done? I would like to find someone that has done it before before I start calling local body shops.
Thanks!
