Just my inner instincts tell me that things that rarely if ever go bad aren't the place to start your search.
Tho it's obvious that whatever is wrong IS something that rarely if ever goes bad, the above relays etc. have lain undisturbed and buried deep in non-corroding, non-wiggled and pulled and bent, areas of the car that are likely pristine and as-new. And the relays etc. don't carry enough current for you to worry much about arced contacts.
What HAS been moved around is the wiring out front, between multiplug under the "aquarium" cover and the engine. Also, the two multiplugs off the engine, one to general wiring, the other to the ECU.
What is the wire color to starter solenoid leaving whole dash area, entering that multiplug, still yellow? Find that wire first, and probe it and check with key turned to Start.
Number One, it's a whole lot easier to pull that cover and probe, standing up and in broad light, and Number Two, if it has current there, you'll never have to work under the dash.
If it DOESN'T show 12 volts there, then go to checking on the alarm module etc.
Alarm module, by the way, is rightly made not to be removed from the car - - it's welded to its bracket and the bracket is pop-riveted to a steel inner panel of the knee bolster. Not a fun place to go to be doing electric tests.
