The way you lifted the car should not hurt it, might be a little tough on the jack. I lift that way, a but with a floor jack, or more commonly with 2 floor jacks, one each at the lift points behind the front wheels. Raises the front high and clear. More than half the weight of the car is lifted by either method. I'd be concerned about using the truck jack, its not sturdy enough to take a lot of 2 wheel lifting.
I would suspect the pulling is caused by a bad tire. Swap them and see how it goes.
